Returned my rental at this location.nThe return location was tucked away in the parking garage. Definitely a bit nerve wracking to drive a full-size SUV (Nissan Armada) into the parking structure, as the ceiling appeared low, but the full-size fit with no issues. Drop off was quick and easy without any fuss.nAttendants were friendly, asking about our experience with the vehicle as they looked it over. Received a receipt and was off on our way.
Friendly smiling helpful staff - actually made picking up and returning the car a pleasure (not often you can say that!) ... there was no queue and the whole process was efficient and quick .... highly recommend these guys (Waikiki location)
Great location and even better staff. Always quick to get you in and out and very friendly. We always use Alamo on the islands and they keep giving us reason to come back. Mahalo Alamo!
The retail store location was closed due to staff shortage, had to search around a bit to find their counter located in the parking garage.nTook us 5 mins to find the pickup counter.nThe pickup and drop off was quick and efficient.
