Friendly and efficient staff. No hassles unlike many other rental agencies we used. Central Waikiki location. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Second time renting a car here. Reasonably priced considering they were packed and I didn't book in advance. Got to drive a convertible for the first time too and felt like Hawaii was the best place to drive one.

We ended up coming here after having no booking and getting some prices around the area. We ended up getting some excellent information regarding where we could drive to and we advised we didn't actually need the car as long as we thought we did. The staff were totally right!nnWe ended up hiring a nice little mini which was clean and it was perfect for what we needed it for.

Quick and cheap. Good selection. Very convenient to Hyatt and 1/3rd the price to the Hertz on premise.

The staff at Waikii Kaiulani Alamo office were friendly and efficient, particularly given its popular location and small real estate footprint. I particularly appreciate Charlie's kindness in loaning me a charger for my cell phone, since I had not planned to rent a car. My day of driving around Oahu would have been ruined if not for the charger. ud83dudc4d
