Extremely satisfied with the customer service. It was quick picking up and returning the vehicle. Will definitely use Enterprise again. Very satisfied customer. My experiences with Enterprise has been very good. I have rented in other places in the States. Will recommend. Enterprise ROCKS. Best rental car service from beginning to end.

An Excellent Experience with this Rental Co. once again. Super fast in-and-out @ the Honolulu Airport location, with JASON being a great help. The price for the convertible Mustang could not be matched by other rental agencies and that's the primary reason I went with Enterprise, as well as their off-campus Airport location. Shuttles right on time to and from the pickup location. Thumbs Up to Enterprise for superior service.

I use this brand almost every time I rent a car in Hawaii. I live in Hawaii part time and have decided that it is not worth it to own a car there and have it sitting while I am away. Renting a car through Enterprise is very nice because of the location options. They are always very professional and can help with giving me a direct line to the office where I will need to extend my return time of the car. The price is the same when I need to extend the car return time. I don't get a suddenly huge increase in the price from a call center that is not in the US. That is a big benefit of using Enterprise.

The rental company was good and staff was helpful and courteous. I had a break-in while parked at the Pearl Harbor Memorial. Although I complied with turning in the police report and Insurance information, Enterprise wouldn't charge my Insurance. Enterprise has harassed me on the phone for over a year even though the bill of $283.22 was paid in full. I am extremely infuriated by the lack of customer service I have received and will never deal with Enterprise again.
