I rarely write reviews, but I cannot recommend this place enough! My girlfriend and I rented a car for 6 days to drive around Yellowstone and Montana. Tom picked us up from the airport and was very friendly and told us a little about the area and his experiences in Yellowstone as we drove back to Journey (maybe a 10 minute drive). We quickly signed the paperwork and inspected the car and were on our way to the park. The car was great and we never had any issues. At the end of our trip, we just left the car in the economy lot at the airport, per instructions. Super easy and convenient! And to top it off, Journey was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the big airport rental car companies. We will definitely rent from Journey again next time and recommend it to any friends/family looking to travel to Yellowstone or the surrounding area.

Best customer service ever! Friendly, professional, took the time to answer all my questions. The pickup at the airport was right on time. Driver was very friendly and knowledgable about restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, and more. The car pickup and paperwork was quick and easy. These folks have all my future car rental business in Bozeman. I truly wish more businesses understood the impact of great customer service, which is so rare these days!

After reading the negative reviews for the airport car rental companies and seeing the last minute high prices I went with Journey Rent-A-Car. They picked us up from the airport and drove us to the office. They also let us drop the car off at the airport. They showed us great customer service and the car far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Journey Rent-A-Car!

Extremely terrible customer service. Website is deceptive. Couldn’t ever get a hold of an actual person . Was notified less than 24 hours before rental that they would not accept my debit card(money) as form of payment. Costing me double the money by having to book last minute. Thanks Journey your are worthless.
