Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed a rental car after an accident. My insurance directed me to them. Transaction was easy and took very little time. Overall happy with the experience

They went above and beyond. I showed up and the car i wanted wasn't ready. I had to wait 30 min for them to get it. The plus side, they felt bad enough that they upgraded a vehicle for the same price. Now that is very nice of them. The car they give me is sooo freaking nice. Now I know they will take care of their customers. I will go again

I use enterprise every time I rent cars if possible and I have always had excellent experiences. As far this location... DO NOT use them! Go with a different location. From start to finish just a horrible experience, in no area of customer service or reliability was I satisfied. Wish I could give zero stars.

These guys at the Northgate Enterprise absolutely crushed it today. I rented two vehicles from them today and the vehicles they provided to me are beyond what I expected and they where clean ready right at 9:00 just as planned. I'm extremely please with the service they provide and would recommend this Enterprise location to anybody.
