The location, within the airport was the most convenient factor. The staffs were professionally motivated and suggestive too at the beginning. But, one thing they really disappointed me was they were not caring when I had problem with the car after renting. I have to call my own insurance agent for road side assistance. I am not sure if they do not provide road side assistance, but at least they should be considerate to the call from the renters.

I reserved a mid sized cart to travel to my moms funeral but ended up with a Nissan Sentra, which with other car rental companies is a compact car. They didn’t have anything larger except for a Tacoma pickup. The car was nice and ran good but was quite tight for 3 larger adults.
Fast service. Fleet mixed with National. For full size, they have updated Camry and Altima.
Quick check in, prompt service. Small airport in idaho falls, but walked right to my car. Good customer service
