If i can give this place a zero I would. Horrible customer service! It's like people here don't like to work. I came in from a different state with my broken down rental and they refused to give me another car because supposedly it was a busy weekend and they didn't have anymore cars. They told me to drive another 8hours and go ask in Utah better. Never again!
Just get price as the website said to do. Then hung up on
Terrible service here, they lie at this site and add additional charges with little regard to the truth
We set up a reservation there over the phone, they told us that they will be ready at 9:00 AM. When we got there they had nothing ready. Furthermore when we made the reservation the day before they told we were getting a Chevy Malibu, when we got there they gave us a Nissan Sentra, the vehicle even had a piece of the hub cap of one of the tires missing.
If you want a clean car during COVID-19 Don't expect one from Hertz! This was sitting in the cup holder of my rental. Hertz sent a Corp email in mid March stating thier commitment to cleaning each vehicle. How do you really miss this? Cleaned the inside of the car on my own. Pathetic to say the least.
