Dirty vehicle! Smelled like a dog was inside the vehicle. You could definitely tell it wasn't detailed or swept out before it was rented out.
Good Service, but very small amount of car to select.
Great 2 day Budget rental car experience! I'm not sure the customer service rep, Ernie could have been any more pleasant. When I picked up the car he impressed me with his positive attitude towards the customers in front of me, then he greeted me with the same genuine attitude when I stepped up to the counter. The car was clean and ready to go when we stepped out the door. Ernie was there when we returned the car and greeted me by name. Refreshing to see a person who truly enjoys his job and makes the customer feel appreciated!
The person that work there was very helpful and very nice.
Terrible customer service, had the so called OWNER tell us that he believed his staff over the customer. We complained about an employee and the employee told him that we harassed her. Good customer service is a thing of the past, I will definitely not rest until I find out who is really the owner. Needless to say I will never rent a car from Budget again. This location is terrible.
