I always use Enterprise for business travel. This is my first time using them for non-business related rental. When I pulled into the lot, the agent was ready to do the walk around for the full size SUV requested. The truck was clean and in great condition (as expected). Smooth payment process. I never get the additional insurance coverage. He offered to drive the truck over to the overnight lot, so I can load it up. Returning the vehicle was smooth as well. We didn't feel pressured to unpack the truck.
I reserved a standard size SUV, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told that they only had a compact car available. The staff was friendly, but very disorganized. They didn't give a reason for why they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. I was dropped off, so I had to take what was left. Very dissatisfied. I've rented from this same place many times for years and have never had an experience like this.
Very simple, I made the appointment online, put my info in, went to the office and got my pick up truck I needed.nNo problem at all. Thanks so much.
