The best thing about the rental was the pickup. The employee was very helpful. After I picked up the car and drove away I began to notice how gross and dirty the inside was. I took almost an hour cleaning the inside. While driving to our destination we hit some rain and we were constantly loosing traction. I inspected the front tires and found them to be very bald. I spent the next three days trying to get ahold of someone to see what we could do. The only response I got was take the car to another dealership which was not near us to try and get a new car. With a safety issue like balding tires I would have expected a new car to be brought to us. I will not be renting or recommending Avis to anyone.
Ernie is a great employee and provides exceptional service. Everyone at the Fairlawn location is great and accommodates all my requests. The vehicle selection is awesome and the location is very convenient!
I am extremely pleased with the service Ernie had provided. He was pleasant and his service was fast. With that alone makes me want to continue doing business with Avis.
