AWFUL! They took my money wanted to charge 250 dollar holding fee than when I get in to receive the rental they tell me a credit check didn’t pass and I can’t rent so I call budget and they tell me to cancel I will be charged 150 dollar fee. I have always rented from budget but no more. I use to be glad to give them my money. They will never get another dollar out of me money hungry business and I will never recommend. I wouldn’t even give it a one star.

Too much to even mention. U want to rent a vehicle look else where.the staff is a joke here.they help with nothing .used them last year and had the same problems this year . I paid for the vehicle months in advance and vehicle was not at location on time .bad business.

I reserved a cargo van for my move on Saturday the 23rd. I call the day prior to talk about additional coverage on the vehicle and what options I had. While discussing their ridiculous coverage amounts, I was never told my rental was not available. Saturday morning comes and I show up to pick up my rental and was told that the owner had called me several times and left voicemails saying that they didn’t have anything available for me. I never received any calls or voicemails, nor was I ever out of service. I then had to go to a different company to find a vehicle, I was late starting my move because I had to take the extra time to go somewhere else, only to get a charge on my card today for the rental they “didn’t have for me”. I will NEVER use this company, or attempt to use this company again.

My car has 195,000 miles on it and I don't trust it to make our trip so we decided to get a rental. We decided to go with Budget. We got a minivan for a good rate and the van is really nice, roomy, and clean. I recommend Budget Rental if you need a vehicle rental.

I have been renting here for over 2 years, love the staff here, they always take their time with me to make sure I’m happy with my rental. Always a great experience, so glad Budget added this location so I don’t have to go to the airport anymore.
