I have been renting here for over 2 years, love the staff here, they always take their time with me to make sure I’m happy with my rental. Always a great experience, so glad Avis added this location so I don’t have to go to the airport anymore.

If I could give Zero stars I would. We got the car it smelled of cigarettes and pot the entire time we had it which was 12 days, using febreeze and airing it out did not help. The car was telling us the entire time we were on vacation that the oil needed changed. Then had to fill it up prior to giving it back and they offered me $25 for having to deal with the smell. Would not recommend. You will pay more with another company but the quality is much better.

absolutely will never do business with this establishment ever again in life. poor customer service they over charge for everything even when u make a reservation, they will clearly let u book it and when u arrive to get your vehicle they will say they don’t got it and make u choose something different or less value. This company also lies about ashes in there vehicles to try and scam you out of there ridiculous amount to sweep out vehicle.. i repeat do not use this business your money will be well spent and deserved at other respected car rental agencies

I have rented from this location & each time there was a problem with additional undocumented charges involved. The first charge was for tire damage & when corporate pulled the invoice it was submitted for windshield damage. No damages were found on the vehicle.nI have had to contact the corporate office each time. Each time the charges were refunded, however, as a preferred member, I should not have this headache. When I rent from the airport, I never have a problem but this location is a private franchised location. Shame on the owner & staff for not representing Avis in a more profound manner.nI am giving my review solely on this location!!!
