Would of been 5 stars had it not been for the car smelling like weed the hole time I had it, and no I don't smoke. It was so strong I had to buy air fresheners for the car. Other than that everything was perfect.

The Steubenville Enterprise location is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have been in their rentals for about 3 months now, and I couldn’t ask for anything better! The staff is absolutely the best! From being courteous to quick and efficient!! All of the vehicles I have been in have been in immaculate condition!! I can truly say I wouldn’t rent a vehicle from anyone other than this location! Thank y’all for all of your help during some really tough times for our family!!!

Horrible experience. Rented a car and oil light came on, when arrived at destination I had a terrible time trying to get help. I had to keep calling the branch to see what was going to be done. I was told to call other branches at our destination to see about getting a new car. When I called I was treated rudely, why was I doing this and not the branch from where the car was rented. After several calls I was transferred to roadside service where they determined the car needed towed. So we spend the first full day of our vacation waiting for the two truck and replacement vehicle. I called the area supervisor and was promised service, never heard from her or anyone else again. The replacement car did not equal what I originally ordered therefore part of our vacation was ruined. Extremely poor customer service.

Not remotely happy. Booked a luxury car for a long time and they gave me a compact car. The seats don't adjust and the AC doesn't work in the back. The price was not adjusted.
