Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The 2 gentlemen that were there this evening definitely handled themselves very well. They were super super busy for just 2 people 30 minutes before closing. Everything was quick and efficient. Was a pleasure! I have rented cars from them on multiple occasions in the past 4 months and have always gotten a pleasant and professional experience!

John made the rental process so much easier. He takes his time and offered me different options. Definetely best rental experince. Come here and find John.

I just shared this in the Enterprise survey and figured I'd also put it here...nMatt B of the Medford, NY location is the absolute best!! He has done the pick-up/drop-off over my last 4 rentals. In addition to being a safe and steady driver, he is a good listener and pleasant conversationalist. He never misses an opportunity to tell me about the various options offered by Enterprise, all while answering the many questions I always have about my rental (or possible buying options). However, what matters is he always follows-up by showing where in the agreement, answers to the questions I have about my rental can be found.nIt's not enough to have a good car!! It's really all about having great customer service. Having knowledgeable, professional, quality staff is everything.nEnterprise got it right with their Medford, NY staff!! Particularly Matt B. AND they always answer the phone so I get a person ever time I call!! That means a lot.nI'm not giving 5 stars because on 2 separate occasions I had issues with the vehicle I'd been given (albeit very small issues... but im picky), however the staff were receptive and made every effort to either explain or accommodate.

Only place I will be going for a rental ! They were super fast and friendly and the only place that doesn’t give you a hassle. They even come and pick you up to take you to get your rental ! Matt from the 112 location is awesome, young and professional . Everyone in that facility provides great customer service. Totally recommend them !
