Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Came here to pick up my rental after I had an accident. The associate on hand was very welcoming and professional. Explained all my options in detail that was easy to understand. Great experience! If I need a rental car again, this Enterprise is the way to go.

I have had to get a rental car from this location because it's the only one my car insurance company will deal with in the area 3 times in the last few years and used them for a car for vacation a few years ago and never had a good experience with them.. Cars are dirty they have tried to charge me extra after I turned in the car every time they say they have vehicles ready for pickup and don't or are rushing them through uncleanned properly..picked up the one and had under an 1/8 of a tank of gas and they said just bring it back on fumes and it will be fine absolutely BS have you ever driven around on fumes and try to time it out for a turn in time.... if I could put zero stars I would give them a negative 5 stars and experience from the last 7 years not something just happening with this location

I rent cars frequently from many different companies across the U.S. and this branch is by far the best I have ever worked with. Their customer service is outstanding and they bend over backwards to work with the customer. They have more than earned my business.

They processed my reservation very quickly and when over all the details. I a little concerned about the tires, but they applied a discount because of my insurance. Quick return. A gentleman from Enterprise gave me a ride to my apartment.

The guys were great. No issues. They just don't pick you up anymore, due to covid-19.
