Bald tires on every car offered... unacceptable in Western New York. Employee was super friendly
I enjoyed my rental from Hertz when I had my European Vacation unexpected I had an accident and I had their Super Cover insurance plan and everything was cover. It was a little expensive i thought at first but compared to what it would of cost me to fix and replace the car I feel this was money well spent.
I can't believe how unreliable they have gotten. When you are waiting around for a rental you've had an appointment for and they have no clue. Why? No apology, ever!? Thanks! Who's running this place?
Went to the location on 11/9 740am to return the vehicle I rented. Arrived at the counter, the agent was sitting there. He realized I was there and I told him I was here to return the vehicle. He didn't say anything to me. He got on the phone for what seemed like 5 minutes with his manager to let them know how many cars and the size of the cars that was needed. Terrible customer service skills. You don't make the customer wait so you can make a phone call, especially when the customer arrives before the phone call was made. It may have been different if the agent said something prior to making the phone call. After he finally got off the phone, he proceeded to return the car. I returned the car on time but had to pay $3 more than the price that was given to me at the time of pickup. That isn't much but not the point. The agent couldn't explain why except that it was the tax.
