If I could give no stares I would. We had a flat riding on it for a week. Called and let someone know and they looked at it and said the tire was great it was just the sensor. Well today march 25th my wife picked me up from work at 430. I called road side assistant and was told too go too the airport and they will exchange the car. We arrived at the airport at 630 and where told no and too go too firstone. By the time we arrived they where closing. Never again Never again. First the car we got smelled like smoke it was the worse than a flare go somewhere else

So enterprise allows you to make a reservation with a debit card, only to tell you that you can't rent the car upon arrival with the code to rent the car that debit cards art not allowed. This is a violation of the ADA under equal rights. Ssi disabled people and poor people are not capable of affording a credit card. This is classist discrimination. And I will never use or recommend enterprise or Hertz for this reason. Honestly you just made me eat 300 and I hate you.

We were excited to rent a luxury car for our vacation. We made the reservation in advance. When we went to pick it up at the airport we were told that we had to pay for it with a credit card and could not use a debit card. My husband and I worked hard to get rid of our revolving credit. There was more than enough on our debit card to pay for the car but left without the vehicle. Apparently they only time they accept a debit card is if you are coming in from out of town!!! What sense does that make.when I asked what our options are she said we could go to a different rental place. We did receive a confirmation email that said we could pay with a debit card. But in teeny tiny print at the bottom it said 48 hours prior we had to bring utility bill, car insurance papers, and whatever else. So disappointed. And at no time did we receive an apology for the confusion/miscommunication.nAt least we saved $650 by taking our own car on vacation. I can definitely think of better things to spend it on than 4 days in a rental car.

Went to rent a car because my car was hit by another driver while at a red light. Was unable to get vehicle I wanted because I only had a debit card and lost my credit card a week prior to my accident. My insurance covered all rental costs but because I only had a debit card not a credit card I was told I could not rent the car of my dreams. That this forced me to drive my unsafe car because they wouldn’t accept my debit card for a deposit even though I have good credit and enough to pay the deposit on debit five times over! Disappointed I couldn’t rent my dream car and had to leave empty handed with my dream car right in front of me.

I booked a reservation for a minivan two weeks in advance. On the day of the reservation I called ahead to ensure they had a mini van but the phone just rang and rang and no one answered. I arrived to pick up the rental at 4pm on Sunday Dec 6th. The person checking me informed me there were no mini vans available. I asked why he did not call me to let me know and he said their phones are not working. ( I have rented from enterprise before at other locations and they always call to ensure the reservation). The guy offered me a truck. I asked him details about the truck but he was not interested in helping at all. I went to garage to see if the truck would be suitable for my needs. There were 4 guys sitting together on their phones and refused to help me. After asking a third time they rolled their eyes and did the most minimal amount to help. ALL this to say they staff here are uninterested in doing any work. The airport was empty, there were no lines, I was the only one there, they had nothing to do and when asked to help, I was inconveniencing their time on their phones. Hoping management sees who was working on Dec 6th at 4 pm and has a talk with all the employees to implement better customer service and work ethic and to fix the phones!
