This rental started out extremely professional. My husband and I rented for a trip to Atlanta to visit family. Within the first hour the change oil light came on, so we stopped at an enterprise along the way and after 45 mins of our time turns out they forgot to reset the sensor. Then a few hours into the trip the low tire pressure comes on!! So we fill it and reach out to George about the issue, and it's fine. The NEXT day the light goes on AGAIN! We reach out to George and he calls and finds an enterprise to swap out. We get there and they have a pick up truck for us, which isn't what we needed, and said it's our responsibility to get the tire fixed and that's our only options. The time for a tire change is 2 HOURS! The regional manager TOM speaks to us and is extremely rude, claiming there is nothing he can do, refuses to help us and starts yelling at my husband. He finally agrees to a refund - we'll see if we get that....nGeorge was apologetic and very professional, he should be promoted to regional manager! George is the ONLY reason we are giving this location two stars... we will NOT be using enterprise in the future!

On 12/16 I received a letter stating that that car I rented was returned with damage. I never damaged the car. It had some cosmetic issues when we got it and the manager - George - and a representative - Matt - said not to worry, they knew about it. When I returned the car the manager and employees were playing football in the parking lot - I was told to park the car and put the key in the overnight box.nnHere I am now 5 days later with a letter claiming the vehicle is damaged. I called, no one seems to know anything. WTH kind of operation is this?nnUpdate. Craig from Gabe's helped us with this situation. Tom the District Mgr. Called my wife and I and told us he would take care of it. Thank u Craig and Tom.

The staff at 3700 Genesee are always professional, respectful, skilled and quick to deal with anything that is not quite right if you point something that is not in order. On my visit to this office after many months and with some new faces I still don't have any complaint but to praise them for their professionalism and respect to customers.
