Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed a rental car while my car was being repaired. The customer service provided by the staff here was awesome. They were short staffed so the car wasn’t ready on time to meet me at the body shop, but they showed up to pick me up and drive me to the rental.nnWhile doing paperwork, I realized I left my photo ID in my car at the shop. I was getting an Uber to bring me back to get it, but they wouldn’t hear of it. Even though they were short, they drove me BACK to the shop to get my license, and then back to Enterprise to finish paperwork and leave with the rental.nnAwesome customer service; highly recommend the 2nd street location if you need a rental.nnThanks again!

Reserved the car on their website come to local store they have no cars and they overcharge for trying to have the car for 3 days ripping people off even at this situation

They are the best out of many car rental agencies I have tried in Florida, Boston, and basically anyplace with an airport. They don't make it stressful. They don't have any weird surprise charges. They don't freak out of you need the car a little longer. And they don't make you hang out all day picking up our dropping off. Not to mention they match prices. I love them.

Very good experience with Enterprise! Friendly, efficient service from Adam, and our rental was great! Would definitely recommend!
