Soma Transportation

I have never actually ridden in this lunatics toyota sienna van but he has almost hit my vehicle multiple times on different days. It wasn't till today that I decided to write a review because he is very rude and as I was waiting to park he insisted on honking repeatedly behind me with his arms up in the air. Good luck to anyone who rides with that man....

This company is the worst transportation company i have ever witnessed!! Their drivers constantly smoke weed in the vehicles before picking up their clients. They are never on time but will lie to you and CTS as to when they will be there!! The owner will ask you to text him and when you do he doesn't answer it. It's awful!! My husband rode with them for 2 months and never once did he get picked up on time. He eventually had to start leaving at 5:30am just to take the bus to Manchester so he could make it to work on time. The owner lied to CTS when we called to make a complaint. He said CTS cancelled the ride when they didn't. It's awful. I can't believe this company is still in business.

This is the best transportation I have ever witnessed because I have seen some drivers coming and waiting the clients more than 15 minutes just to make sure they don't miss the clinic.....Thanks SOMA❤ufe0f

My husband was abruptly changed from his normal transportation company to Soma. He got a call the night before, the guy said he would be here at 5:45, it is 6:03 and he is still waiting for his driver the get here. He has an appointment at 6:15 that he will not make it to on time now. This is awful customer service. If you tell a customer you will be there at a certain time, you need to be there by that specified time. Otherwise what's the point?

This transportation was provided by medical transportation for a medical appointment. They left me stranded for 3 hours sick in the rain. They kept repeatedly making up stories that someone would be there in 20 mins and then the cab had a tire problem and so on...I tried calling repeatedly and they completely ignored my phone calls intentionally. I was out of town with no other means of transportation. They are very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to use their service!! Awful, you only got one star because I had to rate... But otherwise your company is an absolute 0 in rating! Thanks for ruining my day!
