Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Just rented for my third time through Plymouth enterprise. There were a few snags this time, but as soon as I spoke with the branch manager, everything was quickly resolved. Great customer service is always appreciated!

small car rental location located at the Common Man Inn in Plymouth NH not too far from Plymouth State University and downtown; actually within walking distance. as stated in their commercials, they will pick customers up and transport them to their office or, if there is enough staff available and you are near the office, they will drop off the vehicle at your location and process the payment remotely. during this important health event, they use a special shuttle with dividers.

The gentleman at the Plymouth,NH location was just a pleasure to work with. Smiling, happy and accommodating as we arrived a day earlier than expected and he worked with us to get a car. I have only praise for this experience

Plymouth office is decidedly much smaller than others, however, staff is well-trained, personable, polite, and professional. unfortunately, they can't help when keys are locked in the vehicle, but eager to help whenever they can with such things like vehicle drop offs for those in the local area

The guys at Enterprise are always cheerful and friendly. Quick to get your vehicle ready to go. I have rented a vehicle from them several times and I and always satisfied. They even helped us out of a snowbank last year. It was awesome. Thanks again ud83dude0a
