I rent from this location several times a year. The staff has always treated me well and the vehicles are great. As someone who has 6 years of renting from this location, I recommend using this place over any other.

Dave, a customer service representative at this location, violated my Rights as a customer and citizen of this town. I was not only discriminated against, this man also screamed at me and refused me service. Someone else completed my business for me.nI fully intend to pursue legal actions against this location and company if my complaint/concern is not addressed in a timely manner.nI have both called the customer service line and emailed today.nn***I would like to add that the manager, who was not present at the time, Bonnie, has always been wonderful in times past in renting a car***

David harman was horrible. Rude. Ripped things out of my hands. Yelled at and talked over another customer. Very bad experience over all. Will never use budget again.

I prepaid for a rental online the budget store called me to confirm the reservation and asked if it was a credit or a debit card I told them it was a debit card and they told me what items to bring in so I showed up the day of the reservation with all the documents I needed and the guy behind the counter apparently doesn't know what a debit card is. As a frequent traveler I haven't had many problems renting but due to this I will never be using budget again that was just outrageous

We had a long road trip planned to WY and while we could take one of our own cars, I thought it would be fun to take something a little more exciting. I reserved a Charger for us a few weeks in advance. I got a call from Bonnie a day or so before our reservation letting us know that with the Husker's football game and ESPN Game Day in town, things were tight but she'd make sure we at least had a car. I let her know and the situation--that I wanted a fun car or we'd pass--and she said she'd see what she could do and would let us know by 1 PM the next day. The next day came and promptly at 1 PM she called us back and let us know that she was able to get us a Charger RT Scatpack! When we picked the car up, she was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our rental experience.
