Hertz

First review I've ever written! I need rental vehicles often for business and have used other services. This was my first time renting with Hertz. I had a 4,000 mile work trip and they were wonderful and easy to work with. The car was great and the staff at the O street location were all super. Made the long trip so much easier. Will be switching to them permanently! Thank you!

Best price. Fast service. No hassles.

Needed to move one bedroom from Nebraska to South Carolina on Labor Day weekend. All the other competitors wanted $1900 to $2100 for small trucks. Hertz had a large cargo van for a fraction of their costs bc they don't price gouge like U-haul or Penske. The gal in the office was friendly and didn't prioritize a phone customer over us, which I appreciated. Only downside to the van was no cruise control, but for the cost, I wasn't gonna complain.

Hertz - “We’ll leave you stranded for a few hours and then come and pick you up. We’ll say sorry as well.”nn0 stars. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours now for hertz to come and pick me up from the location that they were aware of for a week and a half.nnAll I hear is excuses and a lack of management from their end. Nobody knows anything. Absolute incompetence. My insurance company is calling and calling and will probably drive to the location to pick up a car to come and get me.
