This is the worst place to rent and car from .First car they gave me a car that smelled of cigarettes so bad I had to return it the next day. When I went to return the car they replaced for me the new girl working closed out my account with them before asking questions about my Insurance company paying so she charged my card $541 instead of the insurance company that I have full coverage with ..after speaking to my adjuster they still stated they couldn't refund my money and they did admit to my insurance it was their fault. Now I have to go through the process of 7 days waiting for a check from my insurance ...nNEVER AGAUN WULL I GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE..

::::UPDATE:::: THEY HAVE REACHED OUT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. UPON REVIEWING MY INVOICE I WAS NOT CHARGED FULL PRICE.nnI reserved a luxury Chrysler 300, was offered low end Charger or Malibu. No offer of a discount, or even an apology. The outside of the car was freshly washed...poorly. still had mud on the rear quarter panels and road grime everywhere. The inside of the windshield looked like it had been wiped with a dirty shop towel. I had to pull over and use my sleeve to clean it off because the glare. So, before I got started on my three hour drive home, which I haven't seen in 3 weeks, I got to clean the inside of a windshield. Not to mention having to take it through a carwash before surprising my wife at work for her Birthday. Thanks.

Enterprise gave me a very reasonable rate for a short four day rental. I picked up my vehicle in Lincoln and the Staff there was courteous and kind, as I was in Nebraska for my Mother’s funeral. I dropped off the vehicle at the Eppley Airport and it was quick and easy. Thanks for making a difficult week a bit easier.
