Cars are decent. Not super. I started with 3 stars but really it's only 2. They stretch service intervals and I end up driving a car with a service light many times. Cars are so poorly cleaned they might as well not even make the attempt. Customer service is pretty hit and miss. Corporate makes a habit of running a skeleton crew at all their locations so cs is usually an issue. I don't know if associates are poorly trained, recognized or compensated but there's a lot of turnover which never helps either. I rent a lot for my job and had to move to a different Enterprise branch because the one that's closer to me couldn't even find the time to answer their phone. I don't even know how that business model works. If my account wasn't corporate I would move the business entirely but I don't make that decision. I've found a manager right now that knows me and accommodates me the best she can but your mileage may vary...greatly.

Needed a car during some damage repair to my car and Enterprise was the service provider under contract with the respective insurance company. I was picked up in a timely manner and the car provided suited my needs and was a reasonable replacement. Everyone I dealt with was freindly, courteous and professional making the experience as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to rent a vehicle from Enterprise at their Lincoln location.

I got there by Taxi about 2:55pm on the day before Christmas to rent a car because my car was in the shop. They were scheduled to close at 3pm so zip, in and out I was in the car and down the road in a flash. My reindeers quickly followed and up, up we flew just in time to deliver presents to the good little boys and girls on the east coast.nBest present Santa got this year.nHo Ho Ho,,,!
