I admit I was a little hesitant about renting a car from here because of some of the negative reviews - but my experience was overall great. Customer service was excellent even though they were busy & I was renting very late in the day near closing time. This was my first time renting a car. They were informative, explained the process, and showed me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I rented. I will definately rent from them again if I need to rent a car.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to to personally thank Jake for helping my mom in making sure she was taken care of while having to wait while her car was in the shop getting fixed and making sure that she had a safe car to drive!
I rented from this branch in mid November, upon arrival I was presented with an aggressive upgrade offer into a BMW, and man o' man, what a great experience! The team made every effort for my comfort and ease of rent! I recommend this location, and want to thank them for a great time. They did everything they promised, and it was seamless. I've rented from several enterprise locations and Jake in Forest Lake is by faaaaaar the best manager I've ever worked with. I literally will drive out of my way to rent from this location. Every person I've dealt with (jake, Adam, and I forget the other gentleman's name), but they are all certainly professional and very personable. I won't rent from anywhere else.
Always have good experiences here - have rented several times.
