I called on Monday morning right when they opened looking for a vehicle- said they were booked for the day but Tuesday was possible. I was in an urgent situation so they put me on a waitlist. Someone canceled their rental and they called me right away.nThank you Ryan for the help.nI drove my car to the shop and Enterprise showed up with a shuttle. The driver was very nice and professional. Thank you as well.nThe car I got was extremely clean, they even had an extra disinfectant wipe in the cup holder. Received at half tank, returned at half tank, no extra charge.nEverything you could ask for in a rental.
I’ve rented from superior and Duluth enterprise several times. The workers are always so nice!nnWhat pushed me to write a review was Carly helping me get a car rental on time for a special occasion this past weekend, and Ryan in superior giving great advice. Worst car rental ever. They scam you and try to charge your insurance. I'm reporting to the attorney General and the bbb. They send out dirty cars with kleenex under the seat, they claim you do any damage and etc. I'm filling a class action lawsuit
Enterprise is the greatest car rental place. They are quick, clean and they explain everything. I recommend them for the best car rental place.
The car was clean and the guy that helped me was very nice and even picked me up at home and dropped me off.
