I arrived to pick up my rental and when I got there they informed me that my rental was given to someone else because I was 45 minutes late to pick it up. They provided me no courtesy call nor did they try to accommodate me. I usually go to enterprise for my rentals but not anymore. Hertz saved the day with great service and prices.
I have had the best experience renting vehicles at the auburn hills location nothing but nice services and clean cars no problems
This is a great Enterprise location. Good to work with on short notice for business, and planned rentals for leisure! Cars are clean.
Enterprise is great to rent through, and always try to make things right, unlike other chains we have used. Only reason not 5 stars is the Aurburn Hills, MI branch has a disproportionately large number of vehicles that smell from smoke and have to search several to find one that does not.
