Enterprise has always been a great place to rent a car for business. My latest rental was the exception. Pluses were it was a really nice midsize and great gas mileage. Downside was the car had not been checked over sufficiently and I had to stop and air the tires (warning lights and such) but the inflation indicators did not match what the dash reported as needing air. The inside glass was not very clean and it looked like a soda had sprayed on the passenger's side driver's window ( which no one cleaned up). I will continue to use Enterprises as the seem to have the least amount of hassle when you rent a car and I can overlook these minor issues in most cases.

Over the last several years I have rented several cars from my location in Coldwater Michigan.nThe staff. Is friendly, knowledgable, helpful. Over the years, occasionally there have been vehicle issues but that will happen, at times. What matters is that when they have occurred the staff answers the phone and honestly is quick to help me get things right. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a rental.

If youre going to go through them make sure you call and ask if they take your card youre going to use to pay for it because they don't take all cards. They also don't tell you that there is a 200 dollar deposit. Didnt know that until right before they swiped the card. ud83dude44
