Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am not sure of the gentleman's name, I rented my car on 12/10/2021, from the Farmington ME location. The service he provided was exceptional. He was polite, funny. All around great people person. I am sorry I do not remember his name. I will definitely rent again if ever needed.

Everytime I go by, no one is there. I call and get the general number. I live is this area and it would be a lot more convenient using this location but I will be using Waterville, Augusta or Auburn just for the sake of reliability.

James Mack is professional, courteous, and efficient. From the initial phone call to picking up the rental car, he made the process quick and easy. James accommodated my vehicle needs on short notice and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you James!

I rent several times a year and have never had an issue until this time. I reserved a compact SUV for 1/21 -1/26 at 10am. On 1/23, a representative called to confirm, I reiterated I wanted an AWD and was assured that was fine but could I come in at noon instead. Fine, thought I was all set, I get there and the parking lot and steps hadn't been plowed, I slipped, I'm disabled. Asked to wait if I wanted the AWD, waited aprox, 45 minutes. I returned the car early on Monday the 25th, was told it smelled like smoke so hit with an extra charge, I did smoke outside of the car. Not my usual Enterprise experience.
