Called this Naperville location this morning. The guy told me that bcuz our reservation was at a different Enterprise location, that he couldn’t transfer the reservation. Specifically, “We don’t have that capability.” Yet, other locations can do that??? Our reservation was transferred twice yesterday by other Enterprise staff members, bcuz one location was closed and another didn’t have the size vehicle that we needed.nSo we go to where our reservation is this morning, to Plainfield, which is supposed to open at 8am. At 8:30 we are waiting outside with several others and they aren’t open yet. Which was why I then called the Naperville location on 111th, only to be told misinformation. He either didn’t want to take the time to transfer it, which is probably clicking a box in the system OR he didn’t know how, in which case he could’ve asked.nWe have to rent from Enterprise due to the warranty on our car, which is in the shop. So then I call Oswego. Wow - what a difference!! This man was so helpful, accommodating, friendly, etc. If you need to rent, try the Oswego location. Naperville doesn’t want to help and Plainfield can’t open on time. Thanks Naperville guy for not helping me when I called. Renting from Oswego couldn’t have gone better. All things happen for a reason!

Booked a car, reservation went through. Went to pick it up where the reservation was made, but no one at the office, called the office and told someone was coming to pick me up. 30 mins later they call to tell they are sold out
