My guy that booked me and helped me get a car at the site was awesome. I was in a bind in a family emergency and he was so supportive. He helped me get home fast and way cheaper than stupid enterprise. Budget is the only way to go
I normally don’t do reviews but being that this was my first time renting a vehicle I’d like to thank the budget team at this location for making everything smoothly for my 8 day rental and providing me with a great vehicle. You guys will always be my go to for my next vacation ! Thanks once again.
Car is nice but the service is worst. Irresponsible staff.
We reserved a vehicle 30 days ago for a trip today, and paid for it in full. Showed up to pick it up on time, the vehicle is not available but a much smaller vehicle was offered (one that would not hold the number of passengers and luggage that we have).nLong story short, I had to rent a vehicle from another company, and Budget was unable to refund me for whatever reason, even after speaking with a supervisor at their corporate office. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Cost me one night of my trip in lost hotel reservations.
Sucked ... Was not helpful in any way.
