I was picked up promptly at the dealership and transported to the Enterprise office. Once at the Enterprise office this process was quick for me as well. I appreciated the smoothness of this as I was on a tight schedule.

Absolutely awful experience. I waited days for a car, played phone tag, they didn’t have a car for me when I needed it and couldn’t bring it to me once they did. A company with a motto like: “well pick you up” sure didn’t do anything besides let me down and leave me hanging Lol

I always rent from Enterprise and usually get a less than clean vehicle. In the wake of Covid-19 I expected that they would pay a little more attention to cleanliness between customers. I was actually stopped on the way out of the parking lot by the customer who had rented this vehicle prior to me. She left a visor organizer attached to the sun visor full of all sorts of contents. Pretty obvious that the car wasn't detailed any differently that before the pandemic. I also found all the usual evidence of a lack of a professional cleaning. Just know that about Enterprise ahead of time.

Everything was smooth. Had a problem getting a minivan so they upgraded me to a quadcab Ram. Gave me a discount for the trouble. Only thing I didn't like is the $640 fee for dropping off in Las Vegas. I understand having a fee like that but that was more than the vehicle rental for a week.

The people in this Enterprise store are always very polite and helpful. Anytime I've had a problem they have ALWAYS gone out of their way to help make it right. I will always go to Enterprise to rent a vehicle if I need one.
