I was thoroughly impressed with the customer care offered by this location. The employees were considerate and spent time in researching questions for me regarding rates, time of pick up and drop off, and days that were best for my needs. When I picked up the rental it was ready and prompt and the same was true with my return. When you need a vehicle this is the place to rent. Great rate and great vehicles, and great customer care! I highly recommend

Horrible just absolutely horrible experience. If you schedule online they wait till you show up in-person, and then tell you about all the hidden fees and charges that a rental car from Hertz will cost you! I had to schedule and plan ahead to get dropped off at the Hertz location to receive my appointed rental car, just for them to NOW tell me about extra charges that the rental would cost me. I planned my whole week and trip around getting this car, but I didn't plan for the extras fees they charged me, so there was no denying the service at this point. self-considerate jerks! DON'T waste your time here, you're better of at a place like Turo or Enterprise.

Due to increasing debit card fraud, Hertz will not allow rentals to be purchased without a credit card or prior insurance (even if you bought theirs!). Not that their website nor Priceline's said anything about it. Complete waste of my time and money.

Horrible people. If i could give 0 stars i would. They do not follow Hertz procedures. They refused to deliver vehicle to an 80 year old client.nThey insisted on extra charges to clients debit card, as this was a claim from Allstate. Then refused to honor reservation. I hope they lose accreditation.

Rented an SUV for a trip in May for ~$350 had to reschedule due to the pandemic and be essential worker that had to work. Rescheduled to August and now they want $1200. Sad that this company decided to price gauge during hard times.
