Very friendly environment. Ray to get rentals. When your car is in the shop but you still need to get to work...nEnterprise Rentals can save the day...and your job!! Lol

Worse experience. It was my first time renting a vehicle and the manager was not giving me all the information that was needed. He was just rushing to get me out. It was agreed that I was gonna get charge $5hundred and something but a few day into the rental they charged me another $200 dollars that he failed to mention and when I called to see what was going on, I got the manager again and he was so rude and a called me a liar and refused to help me with anything and hung up on me! I then needed the rental for one more day but no one was able to help me properly and I was charged for two full days! Not at all what I was asked for! When I brought the vehicle back to the location no one wanted to help me. I saw an associate outside and asked for some help with the return and he just give him the keys and I’ll get an email in 5 minutes. Unfortunately for me I had to call and find out what was going on with receipt that I was gonna get emailed and they said that they already did but when I checked my email there was nothing there. So he apologized and sent another but when I asked what happened to the receipt that was supposed to be sent that day I left the car he hung up on me. I had to call again to find out was going on with my deposit because they only gave me $100 from my $200 and the manager responded with call corporate! Are you serious! I’m never ever! Gonna go to enterprise for my rentals. I rather pay extra and take a gray hound or a plane. Never again! That manager needs to seriously be fired!

Owner here is not focused on customer service at all. He is not empathetic, understanding or wiling to accommodate you even when he knows you are making arrangements to rent a vehicle here.

Great experience. I was in a bad accident and they had a beautiful, clean rental waiting for me within an hour. After returning it and getting my vehicle back from the shop, I noticed a problem with it and needed another rental. Again, they had a beautiful, clean rental there waiting. Wonderful customer service and great vehicles. Thank you!
