I rented a car for about 9 days and Anthony was very helpful every time. He offered me a good deal and I was so grateful because he made sure I was feeling comfortable with the rate and car he gave me. Anthony was very professional. I will be back in town in 2 months and I will definitely come back to this location. I felt safe with the car he offered me at all times. He would call to see if I needed additional time and to make sure I had all I needed for the rental period. All I can say is that not everyday you find the perfect customer service. I recommend this location ud83dudcaf %.

Rented a vehicle for basically two days.nnThe initial part of the rental process (checking in and signing out the vehicle) did not go well at all. Wasn’t happy.nnHowever, the gentleman who checked out the car to me on Saturday called on Monday to let me know all was well with the car return (I did it after hours). He asked me about the experience. I provided him an opinion of my experience.nnTo his credit and that of this location, he owned up to the bad experience and listened to my complaint.nnI get things may be out of control of staff members that may lead to a bad customer experience. Things happen. The business should make things right though, and that’s exactly what they did in my situation.nnThe lone gentleman running the front desk on the morning of 13 March deserves a lot of credit. Appreciate his making this right.nnI will come back to this location if I need a rental car again.

I booked a rental here and came in confirmation number in hand only to be told they didn't actually have a car for me and so I was stuck there with no car.

The employees at the Gurnee location have amazing customer service. The cars are always clean and sanitized prior to my arrival. I appreciate their attention to detail.

When I picked the car up, it had an odor and needed to be aired out over night before I could drive it. I specifically declined the insurance coverage but was charged for it anyways. I would not recommend
