I am writing this review based on the service I received at the location. Moe was absolutely amazing to work with. Budget as a company did not send the car that I needed to fit my family in for our Christmas road trip (not the locations fault but the companies) as they overbooked on cars. However, Moe was very helpful and did everything in his power to get me the car that I needed and went above and beyond contacting different managers in order ensure that I was able to get the car and to not ruin the holiday travels we had ahead of us. I am very appreciative of his service and will return to this location specifically for how wonderful he was. Thank you Moe!

The Manager at this location went out of his way to help me out and provide honest and good advice. It was greatly appreciated and I will come back to this location.
Don’t upgrade unless you ask too, because they will charge you annarm and a leg for it. they didn’t have the car that was originally ordered (Ford focus, fiesta) something along the lines of that or something equivalent. I was disappointed couldn’t upgrade at decent rate after them not having what I Originally reserved. So paid for something I didn’t want and didn’t choose. Didn’t like the situation that it couldn’t have been a little more accommodating. It’s a 2 of 5 for me. The guy at the counter was alright though.
I have had a great experience working with thae agent Ahmad he has always been more than courteous , always worked with me to get me the best price, cars are always well maintained I highly recommend Ahmad and his lake zurich location
