Overall I have always had fantastic experiences renting from enterprise. The staff is always friendly and do a tremendous job. The one issue i had with my last rental was the cars windshield has a crack from side to side. A policeman noticed it and could have given me a ticket, but more then that its a safety issues. I should have never taken the car not should they have given it out as a rental

Worst experience ever! My uncle and my mother came to rent a car and complained about the staff being extremely rude. I thought they were exaggerating until I went in with my mom. The staff are extremely rude and what seemed like the manager, was very rude and had no patience for my mother which I don’t appreciate at all. When we walked in it seemed like we were disturbing their time. Took forever for the lady to reprocess our rental payment back into our accounts. It’s like they have no regard for other people. One of the staff members was kind to us which we appreciate!

This location by far has the very best customer service we have EVER received from a car rental experience. The staff was super friendly, competent efficient and organized. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who helped us to recognize him. They called to confirm our online reservation before pick up. The store was clean, as was the vehicle we picked up. Sadly they didn't have the car we ordered, but they upgraded us without us even having to ask. I highly recommend this location. Without a doubt we will rent from this location for any future rentals.

I require a rental car for work 2/4 weeks a month so I have a lot of experience with this location and all I can say is that I am lucky to have this as my local Enterprise. Ben and the rest of the staff have made this part of my work travel a pleasure even in tough times such as these. All the cars I’ve rented have been clean and the ease of getting in and out of this location, along with the friendly professional staff, have led me to share my experience.
