I’m giving this place a 5 star review based on the amazing customer service I received. I had the pleasure of working with Cal who was very patient and extremely knowledgeable when it came to cars. Those traits were very valuable to me because I’m not from the area and had no idea which cars would do best in the snow. He set me up with the perfect vehicle and had me in and out in no time. The inside of the car was disinfected and left with Clorox wipe packets inside before it was given to me which made feel even more confident about renting from this establishment. Enterprise has definitely gained a customer for life with me.
I will never go to another Enterprise! Daniel was so helpful and made sure I got the perfect car that fit my wants and needs. I had lots of questions and he answered every single one!! I was blown away by his outstanding customer service!! Thank you Daniel!! I’ll be back soon
I would like to recognize Cal and Essence for their friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I've called a few times about an ongoing rental and each time I spoke with either of them, they were so kind and helpful. Cal and Essence are two top employees and customers who interact with them are in great hands! Also, the SUV was very clean inside!
Brian was wonderful, and bent over backwards to help me get a vehicle at the last minute due to bad weather and a flight cancellation. The phone was constantly ringing and people were constantly coming in and out and yet he juggled it all efficiently and with a positive attitude. A real asset to the company!
