The car I rented from this location had check engine light on and the rep told me that it would go away , it is still on. The car was smelling very bad and even though they claimed it was already cleaned, it still looked filthy. I had wanted a 4x4 due to the current weather situation, he said that was the only one available and didn’t tell me until they had wasted my time , I was just forced to accept it . Once rented from Avis and it was a good a experience but after this one , doubt if I would ever rent from them again.

Avis consistently charges incorrectly, shows poor customer service and all around show that none of then actually give a damn about their jobs or doing them correctly. The fact Avis is able to function at all is proof that you dont need to know how to run a business to have one. Well to steal from people that is. Between double charging tolls or charging incorrectly then “refunds”. Id say Avis is a scam. Rent at your own risknnUPDATE: I have been charged incorrectly AGAIN! and surprise 0 customer service.... Honestly go anywhere else... THE CTA IS MORE RELIABLE
