ACE Rent A Car

Any review you read that gives this company a good rating was paid or is an employee. They are not real customers. Avoid this company as they will charge you for damage on the car you rented that you did not do. They make up stories and say that you damaged the car when you didn't and they will charge your card $500 or more. They also like to double charge their customers. Dispute with your credit card, report fraud if this happens to you and avoid this lousy company that gets away with robbing people. Call your local media, hire an attorney and sue them. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

First of all, I was quite excited because the price was ridiculously low compared to the major rental companies. We grab our luggage and take a shuttle to the car rental center. We go inside and see all of the major rental companies and cannot seem to find Ace. We finally find out that we have to go outside and take a second shuttle to an off-site location. We finally get to Ace and stand in line for an hour and a half before we finally make it to the customer service rep. Keep in mind it was only TWO reps with appx twenty people in line. There were so many angry customers in line that a few of them left. At one point, a gentleman comes in and states there are no more cars available and it will be a wait. WenI stayed in line and once I finished with the rep, I thought it was smooth sailing from there. Nope! I go and hand a piece of paper to another employee at a window and then proceeded to wait approximately 30 minutes more for a vehicle. Finally, we drive off and its time for the inspection prior to leaving the lot. As soon as we get to the front of the line, the young lady says she's leaving and someone else will check us out and take photos of our vehicle. She then proceeded to leave. We waited 5 minutes and no one arrived. Finally, the young lady comes back and acts surprised that no one showed up to check us out. Pretty much, the rate was exceptional but the service was HORRIBLE! My husband reminded me that you get what you pay for! I would not rent from ACE again!

HORRIBLE Place! The ONLY rental Car company I've EVER used that charges you additional driver for your Spouse! They tell you one price for insurance but then charge you more than twice that without your knowledge. the one we used was not staffed accordingly and had NO Working Bathroom while people were waiting an hour OR MORE to pick up! DON'T USE this company! You'll end up paying more than a more reputable place!

I had a great experience. I dealt with Jessica and Mike. They let me pick up the car a little earlier than originally planned and provided great service. The 12 passenger Van was awesome. Great value and Great service. I plan to use them again for sure.

We rented our car trough travelocity who unfortunately got our travel date wrong. We showed up to ACE and they told us our reservation wasn't for the day we needed it. We were so thankful that they were able to get us into a similar vehicle for the same price! They saved our trip
