Amazing service!! After reading reviews I was a little nervous flying in and renting but everything went smoothly. The van is newer leather seats and everything was functioning. Rates were the best I found. We used the van for 6 days and I so appreciate the agent Lorenzo that helped me was so friendly and made the process easy and relaxed.
Not bad however keep in mind if your returning your rental before 8 a.m. you will have to drop off your rental at a different location and pay a $25.00 key drop off. But there is shuttle service available for you back to the airport at this location. I will rent here again.
Good value for the rental and the agent checking us out was good, but they tried to get us to admit we got a scratch on the van that was there when we picked it out. From what the agent said it sounds like management pushes this angle with other customers too. Beware.
