Customer service is terrible. The company is disorganized, My cab driver picked up someone else. The company never call me to reschedule the cab. To get of hold of customer service was impossible to not provide good service or resolve the situation. Very disappointed.

Unreal, just extremely bad service from O’Hare to Indiana I was paying for Guest and I told the driver I’ll tip on the card and he stuck out his hand demanding tip from my guests. Shameless cab #918

We had 2 van taxi's scheduled to pick up 10 children and 2 adults from our location at 12:45pm on 10/31/2019. I got a text around 12:30pm saying that our order was cancelled. I called right away to find out why and they person I spoke to couldn't give me an answer. The taxi's didn't arrive to our location until 1:10pm. We had another order for the children to be picked back up at 2:45pm and bruoght back to school. The first taxi picked up half of the children and told our staff that they'd be going back to get the rest. Except this didn't happen. I had 1 teacher and 4 children stranded at a nursing home and no one from the company called to let me know that they wouldn't be able to send another taxi to pick the rest of the children up. I am furious and I'll be sure to let everyone know about this. How dare you leave children somewhere where they can't get back to school when their parents are waiting to pick them up to go Trick or Treating. This is terrible business and we will NEVER use your service again. Order # 537386 never showed up. We used a different cab company who was able to pick our children up within 10 minutes and return them to our location safely and cheaper than you.nnIf I could give zero stars I would.

I came to Chicago for work and needed a ride to the airport from my hotel. I downloaded the app and easily made my reservation the day before. I was able to track the driver for his arrival time. He was actually early because he wanted to make sure we didn't have a problem with traffic. It was a great experience and the driver was super friendly.

Absolutely UNRELIABLE! The hotel I stayed at used this company to order a taxi for me. The following morning the taxi never arrived. The driver never answered his phone. When I finally got through to the dispatch (about 10 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up), he informed me that the driver WAS on his way to pick me up but the car broke down. Seems logical to me that they would send another car instead, or, at the very least, have the decency to call me. But they didn't do either. The dispatch offered to send another car which he said would arrive in 10 minutes. It was there to pick me up almost 20 minutes later! I arrived at the airport much later than I was planning to.
