I wish I could rate less than 1. The mechanics of the car I rented was fine. I got to Enterprise at the time I selected to pick up my car. I had to wait 40 minutes so they could clean it, which I was fine with since I assumed it would be actually cleaned. The first day I had the car, it was cloudy. The second day, as soon as the sun hit the windshield, I was blinded because the inside of the windshield was so filthy it left a film that I couldn't see through. I had to pull over until the sun was high enough so it would be above the visor. I then went to hit the windshield wiper fluid only to find out both resoivoirs were completely empty. I feel Enterprise left me in a situation where my safety was in jeopardy. I was offered $30 refund from John when I returned the car. I guess my life is only worth $30. I now wonder what else wasn't cleaned inside the car and how many germs I carried with me from that car.nnI am completely disgusted.

This branch is the worst!! I have rented many times from enterprise and had to use this location as they were the only one that had available cars. When I went to pick up my rental the Location Manager Hassan did not accept my card because it did not show a Hologram on it. Mind you this is the same card that I have used at other branches with no Issues. He said due to possible fraud he cant use that card. The card has my name on it and he had my ID with the same name as is on the Card!!. I ended up not being able to rent a car because of this and screwed up my plans. Worst experience period and it was this location in Arlington Heights. I wish I can rate lower than one star.

If not for the representative who helped me process my rental I'd be giving 1 star for the overall experience.nnBeing charged for an extra day felt like highway robbery and bending over for yet another large corporation. I returned the car Sunday morning and was still forced to pay through Monday.nnThe customer should not be put out because Enterprise chose not to be open. I feel because of this I will choose a more customer appreciative rental car business next time I rent.

I made a reservation for a van through Priceline, and Enterprise Arlington Heights IL for December 18, 2020. My plans were to take a family vacation starting morning of 19th. I received a call from Enterprise 1 hour before I was to pick up the van, that they did not have a van to give me. The salesperson at the location told me he was trying to make alternate arrangements. However they could not find me a van even by the 19th. When I escalated to Corporate customer care at Enterprise, they did not make any alternate arrangements, even though vans were available at alternate locations, such as OHare, Schaumburg and Park Ridge. They asked me to call the individual locations which were charging me more than twice as much for the same rental period. Approximately $700 more, which I could not afford. As of December 20, after several calls and building frustration, they still had not called back with a solution. We were stuck at home, with 3 members of the family having taken vacation time from work. This is a very unusual and highly disappointing response from Enterprise, who I have given business for the last 15 years. They can do a lot better!!

Great rental car place and staff were super helpful. Other rental locations was not able to get us the car we reserved and confirmed for. We looked out couple of other places as well Reached out to this location as final try. They didnt confirm for our vehicle but they were able to set us up with Audi Q7 luxury SUV when we were looking for premium or full-size SUV. Shout out to representative Anthony, he was great guy!
