I want to tell Josh and Austin thank you for helping me with my rental. I unfortunately wrecked my car and had to get a rental through them. They were kind and so helpful through out the entire process. I was in an emotional state anyways and to have someone be so kind and genuine with me is for sure what I needed. If you need to rent a car at all go to the Roy Hertz and ask for these 2 they will for sure take care of you and make sure all your need are met. Thank you so much for helping me get through this impossible situation I was in.. And doing it with a smile and kindness

We reserved a car online I had to uber to the rental place and I walk in he says oh sorry theres actually no cars available.. I said well great I just ubered here!! He ended up finding a car which I'm grateful for dont get me wrong but why say there's none in the first place! Then we put gss in the car to what it was given to us on and they charged us $92 in gas for a kia Optima!! Which was on over a half tank when we returned it! These cars are 35 to fill on empty so they stealing money!

Worst experience ever! We went in there yesterday. I had a reservation to pick up a car. Got to the location. Walked in there were two people behind the counter. The first man said we will be with you in just a second. Then he walked in the back. The second man was in the computer. We waiting there wasn’t anyone else in line. When the other man got done with the computer he asked if he could help us. We said we had a reservation for a car. The guy looked up the reservation and then stated. We don’t have any cars for you. We have been busy so we didn’t call you and let you know. I said can you call your other branch and see if there are any other cars? He was very rude and said “You can call them, we’ve been borrowing cars from them all day.” I said “wow, we can call them!” We left and I said I will never rent from Hertz again. No help nothing. Why even have a reservation?

Been sitting on hold with the ONLY Hertz in my area, for 38 effing minutes, and coundting. I would recommend using ANYONE other than Hertz, for your rental needs. Sadly, the insurance that is paying only uses Hertz, so I'm stuck. But seriously... THIRTY PLUS MINS (and counting) ON HOLD?! THAT is completely unacceptable.

The two guys who were at the desk on Feb 10 were awesome. They were professional and compassionate to my situation. I felt like they truly were there to help. I have a long history with Enterprise, but after today I am definitely going to reconsider my options when it comes to rentals. I'm sorry I forgot your names, I think one was named Kevin, but the guys working the desk today did a great job.
