Had everything i needed to get my rental then was told i couldn't get the rental evem tho i rented from them multiple times sad they need to have a set of rules they constantly follow instead of wanting to make up their own rules instead of following company policy
Had to have transportation for the weekend short notice. Staff at West Jefferson met the challenge. Jeep Grand Cherokee! Clean and in like new condition. Polite professional young man put rental agreement together. Received a ride back to my home upon return. Great service!
Need to provide more options. Couple of times did not get desired vehicle. Other option was offered
Very helpful and the at home pick up is great.
There is no comparing the service and quality received at Enterprise versus another car rental place. The vehicles are always clean and work great! The staff are extremely friendly and so respectful. I'm a regular at the downtown location and have seen a lot of staff come and go as they get promoted or move to different branches. Everyone is always the same there is a culture of respect and customer knows best there. Highly recommended
