Chris at SPI was a hero to me and my sister as we were on our way to our mother's funeral when National Car Rental gave me a confirmation knowing our flight would arrive at 2:30 pm, knowing no one would be there, as they closed at 2PM. After hours of searching for a car, Chris came to our rescue with a professional, caring heart and helped us. After my husband and I have been National members, we will no longer be supporting National. Did I say the week before the same thing happened with National where I arrived at the same airport to spend time to my mom. I ended up riding with a total strange an hour away, who overheard my upset call to my husband. Couldn't have ended worse than it did. A very caring person who I am grateful to have met. NATIONAL NEVER AGAIN
Had to book a car last minute and I have to say, the customer service was great. Very professional staff and good cars available. Only drawback is this location doesn't do pick up or drop offs like Enterprise. Still one of my best experiences renting a car.
Went on a car camping trip. They were slow due to COVID and gave me a free upgrade -- definitely made all the difference with the trip. Repeat customer made.
