The people at the counter are super nice ... The car was nice aside from the fact that it smelled like someone was sitting next to me smoking a cigarette every time I turned the air conditioner on... A lot if febreze and windows down to not have a brain aneurysm from the terrible headaches of breathing it in!!

(NO OPTION FOR 0 STARS)nHorrible customer service, attempted robbery because they thought the keys were lost (no verification or courtesy call; see initial complaint) on top of lying about having to tow the car and dodging phone calls on the matter... 3 weeks later, after countless phone calls, the $500 refund is finally being processed and I will never rent from them. Enterprise is just fine!
Horrible service. Left me and my wife with a nightmare after arriving in Gainesvill Fla. with our flight. Flight was delayed several hours, so I called about our scheduled rental car, which was already paid for, and was assured somebody would be there at Alamo since they were aware of the delay. We got to Alamo and noone was there, leaving us high and dry in a strange city with no cabs in sight. We had a long drive ahead of us. We will never use these bums again.
