Tried to rent a car with priceline, apparently according to lisa, enterprise owns National, Alamo, and Enterprise and they do not have working cars, and corporate does not want them to report that they don't have working cars, so people are getting screwed on Rentals because customers are still booking, being charged, and told that they have reserved cars that are, when they try picking up cars, not available to rent.nnLisa told me that I had to call priceline, because they don't handle the charges at location.

After reading some reviews Of this location I’m gonna have to agree with all of it. This location is pathetic no one answers the phone the lady that works at the counter Louisa ( I think is manager) ignored my wife to go talk to the girl that works at Hertz. When my wife asked if she worked here She rudely replied “I’ll be with you in a moment” not good customer service we where in the day before to get prices and the black gentleman was very nice and professional however because my wife was treated so rudely we decided to go with another company. We normally don’t complain but a little advise for the lady at the counter if you don’t like your job or having a bad day don’t take it out on customers they pay your check.nnDissatisfied

This location and the Manager LOUISA TANNER is the most fowl mouth person I’ve ever heard dropping the F bomb repeatedly. I overheard her bad mouth customers after they left. I tried to rent a car one night not realizing they where already closed an employee said the manager Louisa may still be here out in the garage. I walked out to the garage and caught the Manager Louisa having sexual relations with another customer. Needless to say I was appalled and SHOCKED by what was goin on and never rented a car and will never rent one now from NATIONAL. This should be addressed immediately

Ridiculous customer service at this location...trying to get them to answer the phone or call you back is a jokennUpdate: After being asked to email the “care@national....” approximately 2 weeks ago I have received no response. They say they are dedicated to customer service but it doesn’t show even to an Executive Elite member.nnLatest update: I’ll bump my review up a few stars. Customer service has been improving over the last 3-4 months. Additionally, they now know me by name (unsure if this is good or bad) and have my paperwork ready and waiting for me. Thank you for the improvements.
