Rented here January 2020. Ashely went above and beyond for the older couple in line in front of me to help them with a “coupon”. She provided excellent service and offered me a selection of cars. Second time renting here over the years and I’ve always had top notch service.
I have never had a bad experience with Hertz.
Spoke with someone this morning, told them we were dropping the car off at 4:45. They were closed when we arrived even though they are open till 5
I'll never send any one here rude people don't know how to talk to customers
Actually my first rental here is not that great, because they automatically downgraded my Standard Level reservation to Intermediate Level without any explanation. However, after that, they upgraded all my next five rents which is so nice. And the staffs here is so nice and patient. I will give them 5 stars now.
